WebJan 28, 2024 · There is a Holosun made riser plate that converts the 510 to lower 1/3 co witness. The plate is not available for the 512. Raising the 510 and 512 to lower 1/3 co witness using aftermarket picatinny risers is probably not an option. The smallest size for picatinny risers is typically 0.5 inches. WebI believe the question of center height comes from the fact the bottom of the housing to center line is higher on the 530 than the 515 (or aimpoint t2 etc) the mount itself is therefore slightly shorter than the 515 or aimpoint mount. So if you use an aftermarket mount the optic will sit higher than the 515/t2.

WebThe 512 is great but they don’t make a riser that would allow me to run it with a unity tactical riser…. Same reason open emitter kinda bothers me.. the 530 is 6.77oz.. not sure of the 515. While the 510 is a great optic.. but not quite shtf proof.. as rain etc may effect emitter etc.. and thats a big issue.
